CBM does not share personal information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

• When necessary to provide a service you requested.
• When we have your consent.
• We determine that we are required by law to access or disclose that information or that disclosure of the information is necessary to investigate, prevent, or act against illegal activities or CBM policies and guidelines.

CBM does not store billing information in any of its systems.
